Dodge Grand Caravan will not see major changes for 2019. As before, it will continue to be one of the most affordable minivans in its segment, although its future is still uncertain.
Initially considered to be on the cutting block after 2018, a report from Automotive News shows it will live for now, perhaps because of its popularity among fleet buyers.
Under the hood, the vehicle will continue to display a 3.6 liter V6 engine with 283 hp of power and 260 lb-ft of torque paired to a 6-speed automatic transmission.
Only 2 trims will be offered : SE and SXT, although SE can be equipped with SE Plus Package. A GT trim, featuring optional equipment such as blind spot monitoring, was stopped after 2017.
Prices for 2019 Grand Caravan starting from the range of $ 27,645 include destinations up to a range of $ 33,145 for the SXT model. Well, for the release date we hope to arrive at the dealer soon. Competitors include the Toyota Sienna, Kia Sedona and Honda Odyssey.
